Important: Nail Camp is being held at a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Attendees who choose to smoke must leave the facility grounds to do so.

• My registration is not complete until payment is received.
• Deposits and cancellations are subject to the refund policy outlined on the Nail Camp website and registration page.
• I am responsible for any remaining balance by the published final payment date.
• Roommate, lodging, and bed requests are preferences only and cannot be guaranteed.
• Workshop schedules, educators, activities, and event details may change without notice.
• I am responsible for any damage, fines, or fees incurred as a result of my actions at the venue.
• Cedar Lake Ministries is a smoke-free and alcohol-free facility, and I agree to follow all venue policies.
• I understand that Nail Camp may photograph or record event activities and that my image may be used in future promotional materials.
• I participate in Nail Camp activities at my own risk and release Nail Camp, its staff, volunteers, educators, sponsors, and venue partners from liability for injuries, losses, or damages except where prohibited by law.
